The Bellydance workout
In a SharQui class, you’ll learn new moves and combinations in flow. You’ll gradually build up to more complex movements starting with the very basics – your feet! If you can walk in place, you can bellydance with SharQui.

Student should arrive to class 5 to 10 minutes before class
Come in comfortable attire such as yoga pants, t-shirt, tank top; please avoid tight pants and short skirts as these will limit your movements. Class is barefoot yet you may use ballet slippers or jazz shoes this is optional.
